Responsibilities
  • Handle full spectrum of HR function
  • Act as a business partner to drive HR initiatives aligned to company’s strategies
  • Includes implementation of talent management, quality and timely recruitment, performance management, sound compensation and benefit programs, learning and development and career development, employee engagement, change management, employee relations, succession planning and other HR initiatives.
  • Develop and implement specific HR strategies, program, plan and policies by working proactively to attract, retain and motivate high performing employees.
  • Act as trusted HR business partner, trusted advisor and coach to the functional/ line managers and stakeholders to provide input to business and operational plan to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Advise, coach, and support the Line Managers in adopting best HR practices across the organization and ensure alignment of policies, procedures and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Management 
  • Able to work independently
