Experience in presales cyber security products

  • Design reliable and effective solutions to meet the needs of the clients’ business
  • Respond to RFI, RFP, RFQ and tenders with quality submission
  • Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business
  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and company
  • Develop proposed solution and updates of the solutions designed for customers
  • Work closely with the Sales, implementation, Support team as well as partners to develop comprehensive solution and to support the customers ongoing services and implementation
  • Able to present, explain, and articulate the proposed solution to customers
  • Demonstrate proof of value when needed to demonstrate solution and feature to customer
  • Min. 5 years of experience in a Networking/Technical Position role
  • Min. 3 years of experience in a Presales for Voice
  • In depth knowledge for Voice / Network / Cyber Security / System
  • Vendor certification would be required - CCIE / CCNP
  • Cisco trained will be highly advantageous
  • Experience in designing of medium, large, and complex tender/project
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and business writing skills
  • Willing to learn and adopt new or unfamiliar technology and products
