Description
  • Attending customer technical concerns such as data, documentation and training to support the design and equipment.
Responsibilities
  • Attending customer technical concerns such as data, documentation and training to support the design and equipment.
  • Ensure that customer's business is on a right track with regards to the product development
  • Combine sub systems to target the customers output.
  • Installation requirements using our standard tools, processes and identified best practices
  • Solves product problems using a process that protects the customer; determines the assignable cause
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Min 2 years of related experience
  • Experience in UPS/Power Distribution company is an advantage
