Responsibilities
  • Set up office equipment for meetings or trainings
  • Handlelocal/overseas couriers, incoming and outgoing mails
  • Carry out receptionist duties
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Track and replenish pantry stocks and stationery supplies
  • Upkeep of reception desk, meeting rooms, pantry and printing areas
  • Attend to guests
  • Maintain good working relationship with vendors, service providers, and building management
  • Monitor and update employees’ attendance and leave record
  • Participate in the planning and execution of different company events
  • Perform HR tasks when required
Requirements
  • Possess GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels / Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
