Responsibilities
  • Development of new products
  • Manage and developing new recipes.
  • Study and develope analytical testing of recipes.
  • Suggesting and evaluates concern of new ingredient or process
  • Provide training and support to other department
Requirements
  • Degree in Food Science, Chemistry or its equivalent.
  • Experience in ingredient and flavour applications
  • Knowledge in flour application and/or frozen food
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
