Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of structural archi coordinators/BIM modellers 
  • Prepare BIM model and content for BIM Coordination Meetings.
  • Leveraging BIM software and tools as a mthodology to coordinate design documentation.
  • Be familiar and keep updated with planning and building regulations and all authorities' requirements.
  • Lead and assist with implementation of BIM models for projects
  • Liaise and coordination with Consultants
  • Documentation of BIM coordination meeting minutes
  • Develop, Review and Documentation of BIM execution plan

 
Requirements
  • Specialist Diploma in BIM preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of BIM experience in local projects
  • Knowledge of construction methods and detailing
  • Posses managerial attributes / skill sets
