Responsibilities
  • 1st point of contact for Customer Support and Escalation
  • Answering phone calls and inquiries
  • Telemarketing
  • Answering questions and providing information to customers
  • Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing call centers or telemarketing
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to communicate with people at all levels with an independent, positive, hardworking with a can-do attitude
