Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for sales of security and communication systems projects
  • Ensure profitability of project orders secured
  • Actively explore new sales opportunities with new partners/ distributors in assigned markets.
  • Aggressively achieve personal and dept. revenue and profit targets.
  • Assume ownership for the allocated prospects
  • Organize and lead special marketing activities
  • Meetings and sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Maintain close long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Build and maintain partnerships and relations with partner companies.
  • Develop product strategies and manage the product life cycle to support business growth
  • Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization

Requirements

 

  • Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical or similar)
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in complex and diverse work environment
  • Strong commercial feel, with aptitude for project / order closing.
  • Good understanding of the IT market, trends and regulatory environment.
  • Ability to develop and build relationships with distributors and partners.
  • Self-starter, mature, independent, result drive with high level of uncompromising integrity.
